Design features
LWY type pump is vertical single stage single suction centrifugal type liquid pump. The rotor part can be adjusted, generated by the impeller axial force by the Deputy leaves or balance hole, the axial force bearing is small, reliable work. More than 80% (including 80%) of the pump were designed into double volute, to balance the radial force. When the pump starts, the impeller has been immersed in the medium, therefore easy to start, does not exist the problem of exhaust time. The pump shaft is supported by a rolling bearing and a sliding bearing, the supporting point of the design is reasonable, the speed is less than the critical speed. Sliding bearing lubrication according to the clean degree of transportation medium, using self lubrication or external lubrication. When the liquid insertion depth can not meet the requirements, it can be installed to suction pipe to meet the requirements.
